Statement of Faith

We Believe in the Scriptures
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, inerrant and infallible in its original writings, and is the supreme and final authority. All 66 books of the Old and New Testaments reveal God's complete will for salvation and serve as the unfailing rule of faith and practice for all who are in Christ.
We Believe in the Triune God
There is one God, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They are the same in substance and equal in power and glory. God is the Creator of heaven and earth, ruling and sustaining all things by His Word. He is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent.
We Believe in Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. We believe in His miraculous virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutionary and atoning death through the shedding of His blood on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His future, imminent return in power and glory.
We Believe in the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is actively present today, indwelling and empowering all believers, enabling them to live holy and godly lives.
We Believe in the Nature of Sin
Humanity was created in the image of God. Through Adam’s sin, all people have inherited a sinful nature and are spiritually separated from God. All are sinners, destined to die once and then face judgment.
We Believe in Salvation
Salvation is a free gift from God, not earned by human effort or good works. It is received by grace through personal faith in Jesus Christ alone. All true believers, by the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit, possess the gift of eternal life.
We Believe in the Body of Christ
The true Church is made up of all who have been regenerated through faith in Jesus Christ, united together as the Body of Christ.
We Believe in the Resurrection
There will be a bodily resurrection, final judgment by our Lord Jesus Christ, eternal blessing for the saved, and eternal punishment for the lost.
